・ [1] 'Waning moon' and 'setting sun' are usually written with the word 行く, but in the lyrics the 行く is replaced with 逝く. 行く and 逝く are both read "yuku", but the latter means "to die; to pass away", so it's more like "dying moon" and "dying sun".
・ [2] 'Sky' is normally written with the kanji 空 (sora), but in the lyrics, it's written 天 (ten). The word 天 can mean 'sky', too, but it more often refers to 'heaven' more than 'sky'. He sings sora in the song, however, so that's why I translated it as sky and not heaven; but the nuance is there if you look at the lyrics.
